"Seeking therapy was one of the most important and beneficial decisions of my life. I was at a major crossroad in my life, needed help, guidance, and sought direction. I felt lost, confused, and scared about the future. My therapist, Julie Blackman, helped me accept my situation, realize my options, and most importantly, understand that my future was in my control.
